Evaluation The Availability Of Crisis Communication And Information Systems In The Syrian Industrial Enterprises (A Field Study On The General Industrial Enterprises In The Province Of Lattakia)
Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the availability of information and communication systems needed for crisis management in the public industrial organizations in Lattakia Governorate. The researcher relied on the deductive approach as a general approach to the research. A questionnaire was distributed to 434 employees and administrators in four public industrial organizations in Lattakia governorate (General Company for Cotton Yarns, Lattakia Textile Company, General Tobacco Corporation, Jableh Yarns Company). This study found that the information and communication systems needed for crisis management are available in the organizations studied, but they are not sufficiently available to support crisis management in these organizations.
Finally, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented based on the results reached, the most important of which are: the need to develop and improve the information systems in these organizations in a way that is more effective in supporting the crisis management process, and work to introduce modern and diverse communication techniques.
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتقييم مدى توافر نظم المعلومات والاتصالات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات في المنظّمات الصّناعيّة العامّة في محافظة اللاذقية، وقد اعتمد الباحث على المقاربة الاستنباطية كمنهج عام للبحث، وتم اتباع منهجية المسح. حيث تمّ توزيع استبانة على 434 إداري في أربع منظّمات صناعيّة عامّة في محافظة اللاذقية هي (الشركة العامّة للخيوط القطنية، شركة نسيج اللاذقية، المؤسسة العامّة للتبغ، شركة غزل جبلة). وقد توصّلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن نظم المعلومات والاتصالات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات متوافرة في المنظّمات محل البحث، إلا أنها غير متوافرة بالقدر الكافي وبالشكل الذي يدعم إدارة الأزمات في هذه المنظّمات. من ثمّ تم عرض جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات بناءً على النتائج التي تمّ التوصّل إليها، أهمها: ضرورة تطوير وتحسين نظم المعلومات في هذه المنظّمات بالشكل الذي يحقّق فعاليّة أكبر في دعم عمليّة إدارة الأزمات، والعمل على إدخال تقنيات اتصال حديثة ومتنوعة.
