This study aimed to assess the extent to which sustainable marketing dimensions—namely environmental, social, and economic—are present at Al-Sindian Food Industries Company in Latakia Governorate, from the perspective of the consumers. The researchers employed a descriptive-analytical approach, designing a questionnaire comprising 26 items distributed across the three dimensions. Data were analyzed using SPSS26, and the validity and reliability of the instrument were verified through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, along with One-Sample tests to examine the hypotheses.
The results indicated that the average evaluation of sustainable marketing dimensions was high. Statistical analyses also revealed significant differences between the current level of sustainable marketing and the ideal level that should be available, confirming the presence of these dimensions in the factory. The dimensions were ranked according to their means as follows: social dimension first, followed by environmental, and then economic.
The study recommends enhancing all three dimensions through expanding environmental awareness programs, supporting community initiatives and projects, improving product quality and pricing strategies, and implementing periodic mechanisms to measure and evaluate marketing performance, ensuring sustainability and achieving integration among environmental, social, and economic dimensions.
