The aim of this research is to study the impact of intellectual capital on the financial performance of Good Home Industries Company in Lattakia. from the point of view of its employees. This was done by designing and distributing a questionnaire to a sample of its employees during the month of August 2024, which amounted to 310 employees, analyzing and studying the sample’s and testing the hypotheses related to them using simple and multiple linear regression, It was found that there is a strong correlation between the dependent variable (the financial performance of the home industries company in Lattakia) and the independent variables (the dimensions of intellectual capital), and that the dimensions of intellectual capital explain 69% of the variance in the company’s financial performance, according to the multiple linear regression model, Human capital is more closely linked to financial performance, suggesting that policymakers and business leaders should focus on human, structural, and social capital as critical strategic assets for corporate financial success.
