The Activity Of International Organizations In The Domain Of Human Rights' Caring And The Troubles Of Their Work
Abstract
This research clarifies the concept of human rights in terms of being principles that must be respected and derived from human nature, it also includes a definition of the concept of international organizations of all kinds "governmental and nongovernmental", whereas the international governmental organizations are permanent bodies that work to achieve various purposes at the international level and depend financially on member states, however the international nongovernmental organizations are consisted of individuals who the organization is depend financially on and work to improve the conditions of society in all its categories by influencing international politics and transfer human rights to the global arena, the United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees appeared as an example of international governmental organizations which works to protect the right of asylum through coordination, dialogue and cooperation with international nongovernmental organizations in order to secure the voluntary return of refugees or their local integration or resettlement them, and sovereignty emerges the problem which UNHCR suffers, however Amnesty appeared as an example of nongovernmental organizations which works on the assistance of its various bodies such as the international council, the international executive committee , the international secretariat and its branches, it's work includes study and research and reports, investigation and fact finding, international cooperation, the role of sensitization and awareness raising and organizing global campaigns, the problem of financing emerges as the most difficulty which hinder it's work.
