Abstract

The aim of the research is to assess the level of organizational culture available in the insurance companies studied in general, and to examine the availability of elements of organizational culture related to organizational values, organizational beliefs, norms, and assess the level of performance of workers in insurance companies under study on the basis of tight standards, and study the relationship between organizational culture And improve the performance of employees in the studied insurance companies. To achieve this, three main hypotheses were formulated.

The researcher used the questionnaire to collect the data analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, SPSS V (23), using several statistical methods, the most important of which are the arithmetic mean test and the Pearson correlation coefficient test. The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which are: There is an acceptable organizational culture in the studied companies, where the values, beliefs and organizational norms of the employees in the studied companies are not available at the required level, and the performance of the employees in the companies under study is fairly good. A slightly higher than average assessment of the performance of the employees of the companies studied. There is also a good correlation between organizational culture and staff performance.
