التنوع الوراثي في عشائر محلية من الحمص Cicer arietinum L.
Abstract
دراسةالخواص المورفولوجية والفينولوجية والانتاجية لثلاث عشائرمحلية من الحمص وهي عشيرة الحمص البلدي وهوكبير البذرة وعشيرة الحمص الكردي وهو متوسط البذرة وعشيرة الحمص الدرعوزي وهو صغير البذرة, درست تلك الخواص لـ(150-160) نبات من كل عشيرة وصنفت كل من هذه العشائر الى (5 -6) مجموعات نضج حسب تاريخ النضج التام وبين تحليل التباين وجود فروقات معنوية بين مجموعات النضج لكافة الخواص المدروسة ماعدا صفةعدد التفرعات الرئيسية في عشيرة الكردي, وبينت الدراسة وجود تنوع وراثي كبير بين مجموعات نضج هذه العشائر من جهة وبين هذه العشائر من جهة اخرى, وامتازت عشيرة الحمص الدرعوزي بالخواص المورفولوجية الجيدة والهامة مثل ارتفاع النبات وارتفاع اول قرن وطبيعة النمو القائم بينما تميزت عشيرة الحمص البلدي بالخواص الانتاجية الافضل بين العشائر المدروسة وتلتها عشيرة الحمص الكردي.Seeds of two Chickpea local populations (Baladi and darouzi) collected from Syria seeds sowed at agricultural scientific research center of Idleb .the morphological phonological and productive characteristics of about 150-160 plants of each population were studied. The populations classed to 5-6 groups according to date of maturity. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed a significant difference between the groups of maturity for all characters. The study showed large genetic diversity within and between the populations. The better morphology Characters were in darouzi population while better yield elements were in Baladi population.
