تأثير المبيد الحشري إيميداكلوبريد Imidacloprid والزيت المعدني Biolid في الحد من انتشار فيروس البطاطا (واي) على صنفي التبغ (برلي، وفرجينيا) وفي إنتاجهما
Abstract
أجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير معاملة البذار بالمبيد إيميداكلوبريد Imidacloprid (الجاوشو) بثلاثة التراكيز (ت1= 0.5 غرام مادة فعالة/ 5غرام بذار تبغ، ت2= 1غرام، ت3= 1.5 غرام)، ورش الزيت المعدني Biolid، في خفض نسبة الإصابة بالفيروس، وفي إنتاجية (أخضر، مجفف) صنفي التبغ (برلي، وفرجينيا)، وتأثيرهما في ظروف الحقل في سورية خلال الموسمين الزراعيين 2010/2011. تم إجراء اختبار بصمة النسيج النباتي TBIA في ثلاثة مواعيد لمعرفة نسبة الإصابة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق معنوية في نسب الإصابة بين جميع المعاملات والشاهد، وكانت المعاملة بالمبيد إيميداكلوبريد بتركيز ت3 دون رش زيت معدني هي الفضلى من حيث خفض نسبة الإصابة في ثلاثة المواعيد لدى الصنفين خلال الموسمين؛ إذ انخفضت في الموسم الأول بمقدار 80.3، 36.1، 29.7%، و34.6، 23.6، 17.1%، وفي الموسم الثاني بمقدار 34.6، 23.6، 17.1%، و54.4، 36.5، 32.3% قياساً بالشاهد، وكانت الفضلى في زيادة الإنتاجية (أخضر، مجفف) في كلا الصنفين؛ إذ ازدادت في الموسم الأول بمقدار 83.1، 104.3%، و65.4، 82%، وفي الموسم الثاني بمقدار 58.4، 31.6% في الصنف (فرجينيا) قياساً بالصنف (برلي)؛ إذ ازدادت الإنتاجية عند الرش بالزيت كل أسبوع بمقدار 50.8، 43.5% قياساً بالشاهد.
Thisresearch was conducted in order to study the effect of treatingseed before planting withImidacloprid insecticide (0.5,1, 1.5gImidacloprid/5gseeds) and spraying mineral oil (Biolid) to reduce potato Y virus incidence and effect onthe productivity of tobacco varieties Burley and Virgenia from fresh and cured leavesunder field conditions during the 2010/2011growing seasons and were tested byTissue-blot immunoassay (TBIA) in three times. Results showed significant difference in virus spread between treatments in comparison with control treatment, and Imidacloprid, 1.5 gram without mineral oil was better on two tobaccovarieties in three times. It reduced infection by 80.3, 36.1, 29.7% and 34.6, 23.6, 17.1% in 2010 growing seasonand34.6, 23.6, 17.1% and 54.4, 36.5, 32.3% in 2011 growing season. Better treatment significantly increased the yield (fresh, dry)during the 2010 growing seasonwhich led to 83.1, 104.3% and 65.4, 82%andduring the 2011 growing season led to 58.4, 31.6%inVirgenia comparison withspraying mineral oil every weekBurley50.8, 43.5%comparison withcontrol treatment.
