الفعالية الصادة لمستخلصات بعض الطحالب البحرية السورية تجاه بعض الأحياء الدقيقة الممرضة

Abstract

اختُبرت الفعالية الصادة لمستخلصات Pterocladiella capillacea (من الطحالب الحمراء)
وPadina pavonica (من الطحالب السمراء) بالمحلات العضوية كثنائي كلور الميتان، وثنائي إيتيل الإيتر، وإيتيل أسيتات والهكسان لطيف من الجراثيم الممرضة السالبة والموجبة بصبغة غرام، وعزلة واحدة من الفطريات الممرضة Candida albicans في الزجاج بطريقة الانتشار بوساطة الأقراص.

أثرت مستخلصات P. pavonica في معظم الجراثيم الممرضة السالبة والموجبة بصبغة غرام وفي العصيات المعزولة من البحر، باستثناء جراثيم Proteus vulgaris و Salmonella sp.، كما أثرت خلاصة ثنائي كلور الميتان وثنائي إيتيل الإيتر في جراثيم Acinetobacter sp. المقاومة للصادات الحيوية، حيث وصفت قدرة التأثير بالمتوسطة والعالية على التوالي.

أظهرت نتائج مستخلصات P. capillacea فعالية تجاه جميع الجراثيم الإيجابية بصبغة غرام المدروسة، وأثرت جميع مستخلصات الطحلب في جراثيم Escherichia coli، وكانت قدرة التأثير عالية لخلاصة إيتيل أسيتات، وغابت في جراثيم Pseudomonas aeruginosa وجراثيم Klebsiella pneumoniae باستثناء الهكسان ولكن بدرجة ضعيفة.

وأثرت خلاصة ثنائي إيتيل الإيتر لطحلب  capillacea . P في الفطريات الممرضة
Candida albicans فقط بشكل متوسط، وهكذا يبدو أن مستخلصات الطحالب المدروسة ذات تأثير أفضل من بعض الصادات الحيوية تجاه الجراثيم الممرضة.

Dichlorometane, diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and n-hexane which extract from two algal species Pterocladiella capillacea (Rhodophyceae) and Padina pavonica (Phaeophyceae) were tested in vitro for their antimicrobial activity against a spectrum of pathogenic Gram-positive and negative bacteria and one fungus Candida albicans with disc diffusion method.

Extracts of Padina pavonica have antibacterial activity against most of gram-positive and negative bacteria, except Proteus vulgaris and Salmonella sp., also extracts of dichlorometane and diethyl ether have antibacterial activity against Acinetobacter sp. which is resistant to antibiotics, with intermediate and high effect respectively.

Extracts of Pterocladiella capillacea have antibacterial activity against all of gram-positive bacteria, all extracts of Pterocladiella capillacea have activity against Escherichia coli especially  extracts of ethyl acetate with high effect.

The activity was absent from Pterocladiella capillacea against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae except hexane with weak activity.

Extract of diethyl ether of Pterocladiella capillacea only has intermediate activity against Candida albicans, so the marine algal extracts have better effect than some antibiotics.
