دراسة تصنيفية لثلاثة أنواع من الزعتر Thymus L. من الفصيلة الشفوية Lamiaceae في المنطقة الساحلية السورية
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث دراسة التنوع الحيوي لثلاثة أنواع تنتمي لجنس الزعترL. Thymus النامية في الساحل السوري، هي Boiss .T. syriacus Boiss, T. capitatus (L.) Hoffm et link. T. kotschyanusوقد تم في هذه الدراسة جمع النوع T. kotschyanus Boiss لأول مرة حيث لم يشر العالم بول موتيرد إلى وجوده في الساحل السوري، وقد تمت دراسة هذه الأنواع دراسة مورفولوجية وتشريحية وبالينولوجية مفصلة، إذ تم وصفها وصفاً مورفولوجياً دقيقاً، كما تم عمل مقاطع تشريحية للجذر والساق والورقة للعينات المتاحة، ودراستها دراسة تشريحية مفصلة، كما تمت دراسة حبات الطلع للأنواع المدروسة من حيث أشكالها وأبعادها وتزييناتها، فوجد أنها كروية الشكل (متساوية الأبعاد) في الأنواع المدروسة، وكلها من النوع ثلاثي – سداسي شقوق الإنتاش أو أكثر، وذات تزيينات شبكية، كذلك أظهرت الدراسات الدقيقة لتزيينات خطوط الإنتاش وتزيينات الجدار الخارجي وجود تقارب بين النوعين (L.) Hoffm et Link T.syriacus Boiss, T. capitatus أكثر من النوع
Boiss T. kotschyanus، وأن هناك علاقة طردية بين طول الخيط وعدد حبات الطلع في أكياسها الطلعية.
This research has been carried out to study the biodiversity of three species of Thymus L. (Labiatae) which grow in the Syrian coastal region: T. syriacus Boiss,
T. capitatus (L.) Hoffm et Ljnk, T. kotschyanus Boiss. T. kotschyanus Boiss has been recorded for the first time in the Syrian coastal region although it was not listed on the bases of Mouterde (1983).
This research provides a detailed morphological description and anatomical study of roots, stems, and leaves as well as palynological study of the three species.
The Palynological study has revealed that the pollen grains of the three species are spheroidal, tri-hexacolpate or more, and the sculpture of the exine is reticulate which showed that T. syriacus Boiss, T. capitatus (L.) Hoffm et link. are more correlated than
T. kotschyanus Boiss. Moreover, the count of pollen grains has shown a positive correlation between the length of the filament and the number of pollen grains in the anther.
