تأثير نوع السماد العضوي ونسبته في نوعية ثمار الفريز تحت ظروف الزراعة المحمية
Abstract
تم تنفيذ هذا البحث خلال عامي 2008 - 2009 في بيت بلاستيكي غير مدفأ في محطة بحوث الصنوبر التابعة لمركز البحوث العلمية الزراعية باللاذقية, بهدف دراسة أثر نوع السماد العضوي ونسبته في نوعية ثمار الفريز تحت ظروف الزراعة المحمية.
أظهرت النتائج أن الثمار المنتجة في أوساط عضوية كانت أفضل نوعاً من تلك الناتجة عن معاملة الشاهد المسمد, فقد ارتفع محتواها من المادة الجافة والسكريات وفيتامين C بينما انخفض محتواها من النترات والنتريت, ونسبة الثمار غير الصالحة للتسويق, كما تفوق روث الأغنام على النوعين الآخرين في مؤشرات نسبة المادة الجافة والسكريات ومحتوى النترات و نسبة الثمار غير الصالحة للتسويق, بينما تفوق الوسط العضوي المحتوي على روث الأبقار في مؤشر نسبة الحموضة, و زرق الدواجن في مؤشر محتوى الثمار من فيتامين C, وبمقارنة الصنفين أظهرت الدراسة تفوق الصنف Camarosa على الصنف Festival في نسبة المادة الجافة والسكريات ومحتوى فيتامين C ومحتوى النترات, في حين تفوق الصنف Festival في مؤشري نسبة الثمار غير الصالحة للتسويق ونسبة الحموضة.
This study was carried out during 2008 – 2009 in unheated greenhouse at the Agronomic Research Centre in Lattakia /sanawbar station/, to study the effects of the kind of and rate in the quality of strawberry under protected agriculture conditions.
Berries of plants grown in organic media were better than those produced from fertilized plants (farmer treatment), because their content of dry material, sugars and Vitamin C were better, and their content of nitrates and nitrites were lower, also their unmarketable berries were lower.The plants grown in a sheep manure medium produced the highest dry material, sugars, nitrates content and unmarketable berries, while those grown in a cow manure medium gave the highest acidity, but the plants grown in poultry manure medium gave the highest Vitamin C. Dry material, sugars, Vitamin C and nitrates were better in Camarosa berries, but unmarketable berries and acidity were better in Festival berries.
