واقع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات الزراعة بالجامعات السورية
Abstract
استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على بعض خصائص أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات الزراعة، والوظائف التي يقومون بها، والتعرف على مدى إجرائهم للبحوث والاستفادة منها ومصادر تمويلها، وصعوبات إجرائها.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان، وقد بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة( 100) عضو هيئة تدريسية في مختلف كليات الزراعة. وتم استخدام الجداول التكرارية والنسب المئوية في تحليل البيانات.
وقد أوضحت النتائج أن غالبية المبحوثين من ذوي الأعمار المتوسطة (57%)، وقضى غالبيتهم من 11 إلى 20 سنة في العمل الوظيفي(60%). وأكثر الوظائف المنفذة إعداد الكوادر البشرية من خلال تخريج أفراد مؤهلين(68%)، وأكثر أغراض إجراء البحوث تكراراً الترقية الوظيفية (59.9%، وأكثر مصادر تمويل البحوث تكراراً هي وزارة التعليم العالي (43.2%). كما أشارت الغالبية العظمى عدم الاستفادة من البحوث العلمية المنفذة (65%)، كما أشارت الغالبية إلى وجود صعوبات في إجراء البحوث(84%)، وكانت أكثر صعوبات إجراء البحوث العلمية تكراراً عدم توفر أماكن ومستلزمات البحث العلمي (53.6%).
The study aimed to identify some characteristics of the Agriculture faculty staff and their functions. In addition, it sought to identify their research conduct, its usefulness, its funding sources, and barriers.
The study involved designing a questionnaire for the staff of five faculties of Agriculture. The total number of completed questionnaires was 100.
The most important results of the study are as follow: about (57%) of respondents were middle- aged; most of them (60%) worked from 11 to 20 years in the university. Their most frequent function was to graduate qualified staff (68%); their ultimate aim of conducting research was promotion (59.9%). Their primary source of funding was the Ministry of Higher Education (43.2%). Most of the respondents indicated futility of research (65%); and about(84%) referred to barriers in conducting research. The most frequent barrier was the lack of research tools and facilities (53.6%).
