اختبار سمية عزلات فطرية من عينات بذور وكسبة فول الصويا تابعة لأنواع Aspergillus spp.، Penicillium spp. باستخدام بعض الاختبارات الحيوية
Abstract
تم اختبار سمية /116/ عزلة فطرية نقية تابعة لأنواع Aspergillus spp. و Penicillium spp. على إنبات بذور الرشاد (Ls) Lepidium sativum، نمو سلالة من البكتريا Bacillus subtilis (Bs) FZB27، وفطر الخميرة (Sc) Saccharomyces cerevisiae، وذلك على ثلاثة مستنبتات غذائية: تشابك آجار CA، خلاصة المالت والخميرة والآجار MYA وآجار الصويا والتريبتون TSA.
أظهر اختبار Ls سمية العزلات بشكل كبير حيث منعت 69، 61 و56 عزلة على المستنبتات
TSA، CA، MYA على التوالي إنبات بذور الرشاد، وكان عدد العزلات السامة في اختباري Bs وSc منخفضاً مقارنة بالاختبار السابق (7، 17، و14 في Bs، و6، 7 و6 في Sc) وذلك على المستنبتات السابقة نفسها وبالترتيب ذاته، وبدت سمية العزلات واضحة على مستنبت TSA في اختباري Ls وSc تلاه مستنبتي CA وMYA، في حين كانت السمية أعلى على مستنبت CA في اختبار Bs تلاه مستنبت TSA ومن ثم MYA، ولوحظ منع النمو بشكل رئيسي في التركيز الأعلى (20 ميكروليتر) في الاختبارات الثلاثة وعلى كل المستنبتات.
The toxicity of /116/ pure fungal isolates belonging to Aspergillus spp. and Penicillim spp. was tested on the germination of garden cress Lepidium sativum (Ls) seeds, the growth of bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis (Bs) FZB27, and the yeast fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Sc), using three media CA, MYA, and TSA.
The toxicity of isolates was evident with the Ls test, in which 69, 61, 56 toxic isolates on TSA, CA, MYA consecutively inhibited the germination of garden cress seeds. The number of toxic isolates with the Bs and Sc tests was low compared to Ls (7, 17, 14 for Bs and 6, 7, 6 for Sc) consecutively on the previous media. The toxicity of isolates was clear on TSA medium with Ls and Sc tests followed by CA and MYA, while it was higher on CA medium with Bs test followed by TSA and MYA.
