دراسة الفعالية الصادية لثلاثة فطريات دعامية (Basidiomycetes) ضد بعض الأحياء الدقيقة في الزجاج (in vitro)
Abstract
اختبرت الفعالية الصادية للخلاصات المائية لثلاثة فطريات دعامية ( Coprinus micaceus،
Lepista nudus، Omphaletus olearius )، تجاه الأحياء الدقيقة التالية ( Trichophyton mentagrophytes، T.rubrum، Epidermophyton floccosum، Aspergillus niger، Candida albicans، Fusarium oxysporum، Botrytis cinerea ، Escherichia coli، Pseudomonas aeruginosa، Acintobacter lowffii، Micrococcus Luteus، Klebsiella pneumoniae، Staphylococcus aureus)، باستخدام طريقة ثقب الآغار والتخفيف في الآغار.
بينت النتائج أن الخلاصات المائية للدعاميات الثلاثة أثرت و بشكل متفاوت على الفطريات الجلدية الممرضة فقط، وتراوحت أقطار التثبيط بين ( – 14 mm1 ) و بتراكيز تثبيط تقع بين ( 1 – 16 mg / ml )، بينما كانت الفطريات الأخرى مقاومة لكل الخلاصات. كما تأثرت الجراثيم بتراكيز من الخلاصات أدنى من تلك بالنسبة للفطريات تراوحت بين ( 0.15 – 8 mg/ ml ) في حين أبدت جراثيم A. Lowffii و M.Luteus و S.aureus مقاومة لجميع الخلاصات. وكانت خلاصة الفطر الدعامي C.micaceus الأكثر تأثيراً على الفطريات والجراثيم.
The antifungal activity of water extracts of three Basidiomycetes (Coprinus micaceus, Lepista nudus, Omphaletus olearius ) was tested against following microorganism (Trichophyton mentagrophytes, T. rubrum, Epidermophyton floccosum, Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans and Fusarium oxysporum, Botrytis cinerea, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acintobacter lowffii,, Klebsilla pneumoniae, Micrococcus luteus, Staphylococcus aureus ) using agar dilution and hole diffusion test. The results have shown that extracts were affected on Dermatophytes, the Diamater of inhibitory ranged Between ( 1 – 14 mm ) and inhibitory Concentration ( 1 – 16 mg / ml ), while others fungi resisted to all extracts.
Also, the Bacteria, were effected with concentration of low extracts according to fungi, ranged between
( 0.15 – 8 mg / ml ). while A. lowffii, M. luteus, Staphylococcus aureus were resistant to all extract.
The extract of C. micaceus was the most effect on the Basidomycetes and Bacteria.
