أثر المعاملة بالأوكسين IBA وموعد القص على تجذير العقل الساقية للسرو العطري الذهبي Cupressus macrocarpa var. “Goldcrest”
Abstract
تشير النتائج إلى أن للأوكسين IBA تأثير واضحاً على التجذير من حيث نسبة العقل المجذرة عدد الجذور العرضية وأطوالها، النامية على العقلة الواحدة وتدل على أن تغطيس قواعد العقل لمدة 20 دقيقة بالأوكسين IBA ثبت تفوقها على بقية المعاملات.
كما أن لموعد فصل العقل أثره المباشر على عملية التجذير. فالموعد المتوافق مع طور السكون العميق كان له أثر واضح وإيجابي على التجذير ومعاييره المدروسة مقارنة بالموعد الآخر المتوافق مع نهاية طور السكون.
بشكل عام يمكن القول إن موعد فصل العقل في مرحلة السكون العميق ومعاملة العقل بالأوكسين IBA لمدة 20 دقيقة هي الحالة الأكثر ملاءمة للحصول على عدد كبير من العقل المجذرة ومتميزة بمجموع جذري من حيث البنية ومعدل التطور.
Les résultats montrent que ľauxine IBA excerce sur les boutures, ďune part, sur le pourcentage des boutures enracinées; et dautre part, sur le nombre des racines adventives néoformées et sur leurs longeurs.
Ces résultants montrent encore que le traitement des bases des boutures par ľauxine IBA pendant (20) minutes a donne un meilleur résultat, par ropport aux autres traitements. Le temps de la coupe des boutures a eu une influence directe sur leur enracinement; et le temps coordonné avec la dormance profonde a eu une influence claire et positive sur ľenracinement et ses critères étudiés par ropport au temps coordonné avec la fin de la dormance.
En général, on peut dire que le temps de coupe des boutures en phase de dormance profonde et le traitement par ľauxine IBA pendant 20 minutes sont les critères les plus aptes pour obtenir un grand nombre de boutures enracinées ayant un appareil radical plus développé.
