حصر أولي للأنواع التابعة للجنس SPHAEROTHECA (Ascomycetes: Erysiphaceae) مع عوائلها النباتية في بعض مناطق الساحل السوري.

Abstract

تشكل فطريات البياض الدقيقي (Erysiphaceae) إحدى أهم المجموعات الفطرية, فهي تصيب العديد من النباتات البرية, الشجرية والعشبية وتصيب عدداً هاماً من المحاصيل الزراعية الحقلية والخضرية وكذلك الأشجار المثمرة ونباتات الزينة.

قمنا عبر جولات حقلية بإحضار العينات النباتية المصابة من بعض المواقع من منطقة الساحل السوري  وفحصها وإجراء القياسات المختلفة عليها في المخبر, ومن ثم تحديد الأنواع التابعة للجنس Sphaerotheca خلال الفترة الزمنية 2000-2002.

أظهرت الدراسة, وجود /12/ نوعاً تنتمي إلى الجنس Sphaerotheca تتطفل على  /29/عائلاً نباتياً تتبع /10/ فصائل مختلفة.وجدت أغلب الأنواع بطورها الكونيدي فقط (8 أنواع), بينما وجد عدد قليل منها بطوريه الكونيدي والجنسي معاً (4 أنواع).

تم تحديد أهم الصفات المورفولوجية المميزة لكل نوع منها, ودعم الوصف بقياسات مجهرية لأهم أجزاء الطورين الجنسي واللاجنسي.

The powdery mildew fungi (Erysiphaceae) form one of the most important fungi groups, infecting wild plants, weeds and many other fruit trees, filed crops, vegetables and ornamentals.

We carried out a survey of the species of the genus Sphaerotheca in some sites of the Syrian coastal region during the period 2000-2002.

The result showed existence of (12) species of Sphaerotheca infecting various host plants belonging to  (10) different families.

Most species (8) have been found only in conidial stage, whereas (4) species were found  both in conidial and cleistothecium stage.

The most important morphological characters of sexual and asexual stages were determined.

The microscopical characteristics of the studied species were identified.
